Welcome to the Rolling Acres

The land for the new subdivision was carefully selected by the DeMall Group. When we found the location, we knew it was perfect. The location is a beautiful country setting, right on the edge of town. The land was purchased from the Richards family on a family farm called "Richard's Rolling Acres". The Richards family are long-time farmers in the Dresden area. We wanted to make a tribute to the Richards family and decided to carry forward the name of the "Rolling Acres". We love the Rolling Acres and know you will too!
